These mini sessions are perfect for beginners or for busy families that aren't ready to commit to a regular season dance class! This is an excellent way to try something new, meet new friends and develop new skills. Join us for these 6-week sessions of fun and dancing! Pedal and Tone is a half hour on the stationary bike set to music to get your heart rate up and burn those calories. Then we will move to hand weights and music to tone and strengthen your body. This is not an extreme fitness class...it is designed for the rest of us who want a little challenge and a lot of fun. The focus is on toning legs, arms, waist and burn calories.
