Summer Forged Running Program (Summer 2026)Sports Leagues & ClinicsParagon Running is partnering with the Franklin Recreation Department and offering the Summer Forged program is a 10-week cross country training program. For high school athletes, it's intended to bridge the gap between Track and Cross Country with an emphasis on maximizing aerobic development. As the saying goes “Summer Miles Bring Fall Smiles”. For middle school athletes it’s intended to help safely expose younger athletes to endurance training while keeping things fun and fresh. Summer Forged is periodized to help athletes build sustainable fitness that will raise competitive baselines in the fall. Throughout the program athletes will learn the importance of hard work, discipline, and long term goal setting. High School Program: For High School athletes, sessions will be held three days a week on Mondays, Thursdays, and Saturdays. Attendance to all sessions is not mandatory, but strongly recommended to maximize results. Our program is not intended to replace summer running with your fellow high school team, it is meant to supplement it. Middle School Program: For Middle School Athletes, sessions will be held twice a week on Mondays, and Thursdays. Over the course of our program we will encourage our middle school athletes to work up to consistently running 4 - 5 days a week. Rec Co-Ed Fall Soccer League (Summer 2026)Sports Leagues & ClinicsYouth Co-Ed Fall Soccer League Boys and Girls Grades K4 – 6th grade The Youth Co-Ed Fall Soccer League is designed for those who may be stepping onto a soccer field for the first time or may have already had some experience. Each co-ed team will practice once per week for 45 mins. Practices will consist of activities and drills that will familiarize players with the different positions on a team and topics such as shooting, passing, dribbling, and teamwork. Players will apply these skills during live games on Saturdays. No scores or statistics will be kept.*Volunteer coaches are needed.
