Pedal and Tone is a half hour on the stationary bike set to music to get your heart rate up and burn those calories. Then we will move to hand weights and music to tone and strengthen your body. This is not an extreme fitness class...it is designed for the rest of us who want a little challenge and a lot of fun. The focus is on toning legs, arms, waist and burn calories.
