Kids Club 2026-2027
The Franklin Community Education & Recreation Department offers a fantastic School-Age Care program students 4K*-5th grade at all Franklin Elementary Schools. Being a proud part of Franklin Public Schools, Kids Club focuses on the district’s core values: equity, personal growth, innovation, stewardship, and well-being. Kids Club has a variety of activities to keep children engaged and active before and after school.
The inclusion of free play, physical activities, arts and crafts, and outdoor play ensures that kids can have fun while being active and creative. Plus, offering snacks during the AM and PM sessions is a nice touch for parents looking for a convenient and balanced option for their children.
Kids Club has secure doors where parents will receive a door code about 4 days prior to the start of school. A morning and afternoon snack will be provided. Additional information can be found online in the Parent Handbook.
*Midday care for 4K Kids students is not available.
📝 Annual Registration Fee - Non Refundable.
•Deadline, August 18 After August 18, families will be placed on a waiting list until an appropriate staff to child ratio is established.

⏰Hours of Operation: 6:45 AM- Morning Bell and/or Afternoon Bell until 5:30PM
•Kids Club will be closed whenever the school district closes due to snow, cold days, or other weather-related reasons.

•Morning Session: 6:45 AM until the bell (fees are per morning per child)

📅 Monthly Scheduling
•All MONTHLY schedules must be submitted in the Arux system by the 20th of each month for the following month.
•When entering your schedule, please select “Change Schedule” - do not select “Drop-In”
💳 Invoicing & Payment
•Invoices will be created on the 21st of each month (or the next business days).
•Payments are due on the 1st of each month for that current month.
🔁 After Invoicing
•Credits will not be issued for missed days.
•If your child will be absent, please email your Site Supervisor to ensure they have an accurate student count for both the AM & PM sessions.
•If you need to add a day after invoices are issued, the additional day will be charged at the Drop-In rate of $12.
