Using arm and ankle weights, small fitness balls, and sliders, this class takes traditional Pilates principles—core strength, alignment, and balance—and elevates them into a dynamic, sculpting session. Expect to tone, lengthen, and strengthen every muscle while improving stability and mobility. Whether you’re looking to power up your Pilates practice or simply add variety to your fitness routine, this class can be modified for all levels of fitness.
