🥁 SUMMER GROUP BUCKET DRUMMING (8-WEEK SESSION)

Get ready to make some noise this summer! Our high-energy Bucket Drumming classes combine rhythm, movement, and teamwork in a fun and engaging group setting. Perfect for beginners and experienced students alike, this class builds coordination, confidence, and musicality through interactive games, creative stick tricks, and exciting rhythms from around the world.

Students will work together to create dynamic rhythms and routines, ending the session with a special performance for family and friends!

**All materials provided - Drumsticks and buckets included!

SUMMER THEATRE 2026 – APA OAK CREEK

Join us this summer for engaging, confidence-building theatre experiences for young performers of all levels! Students can choose from two 4-week sessions.

🎭 Ages 6 - 10:

Adventure Awaits: Creative Drama Passport Series

Creative Drama introduces young performers to the foundations of theatre through structured games, guided storytelling, and beginner scene work. Students build confidence while learning stage directions, expressive movement, clear speaking, and ensemble skills.

Families are invited during Week 4 for a short in-class sharing.

Session Themes:
Session I – Storybook Adventure Club (Storybook Kingdom)
Step into a world of imagination! Students explore fairy tale-inspired characters while learning acting basics in a playful, supportive environment.

Session II – Superhero Training Academy (Hero Headquarters)
Calling all future heroes! Students create original superhero characters while developing voice, movement, and teamwork skills.

Adventure Awaits: Musical Theatre Passport Series

This introductory musical theatre class combines singing and movement in a structured rehearsal setting. Students build vocal confidence, rhythm, coordination, and stage presence while learning how music helps tell a story.

Families are invited during Week 4 for a short in-class sharing.

Session Themes:
Session I – All-Star Adventurers
Students learn a musical theatre number inspired by magical worlds and bold characters while building ensemble skills.

Session II – Power Up Performance Lab
Students explore heroic storytelling through song and choreography while developing beginner vocal technique and stage presence.

🎬 AGES 11–18

Summer Theatre Workshops: Stagecraft & Production Studio

Go beyond the stage and discover what brings a production to life! In this hands-on class, students step into the roles of director and stage manager while exploring blocking, quick changes, prop organization, stage makeup, and script analysis.

Perfect for performers ready to deepen their understanding of how shows are built from the ground up.

Weekly Focus:

• Week 1: Blocking & Staging Mechanics
• Week 2: Quick Changes & Backstage Flow
• Week 3: Stage Makeup & Visual Storytelling
• Week 4: Script Analysis from a Director’s Lens

Summer Drama Club

 A performance-based acting class designed to build confidence and strengthen stage skills in a supportive environment. Students explore scene work, improvisation, character development, and ensemble performance while developing strong rehearsal habits.

Session Focus:
Session I – Stage & Scene Studio
Focus on character work, scripted scenes, and rehearsal techniques with an in-class sharing.

Session II – Improv & Performance Lab
Focus on improvisation, quick thinking, and collaborative storytelling with a high-energy sharing.
