Franklin Community Education and Recreation Mission
The mission of the Franklin Community Education & Recreation Department, in active partnership with the entire community, is to promote wellness and life-long learning by providing a broad selection of physical, learning, and leisure activities.
The Franklin School District has run this department since 1991. We have programs running at all seven schools in the District.
