NEW! Slow Flow Yoga
Move through a slow flow of foundational yoga poses that build strength, increase flexibility, and support balance. The steady pace allows time to settle into each posture, focus on breath, and move with intention. The practice finishes with guided rest to help you feel grounded and refreshed.
NOTE: Please bring two yoga blocks to support and modify poses as needed.
