Zumba Gold is a low-impact dance-fitness program designed for active older adults, beginners, and those who need a gentler workout than a standard Zumba class. It uses the same energetic music and easy-to-follow Latin and international rhythms as regular Zumba but modifies the choreography to reduce jumps and high-impact moves. This approach protects joints and muscles while still providing a full-body workout that improves cardiovascular health, burns calories, enhances agility and coordination, and boosts mood
