Enrich & Create: Daytime Crafting for Adults and Seniors
(Co-op with Muskego)
Join the talented Mary Zingsheim each month for an engaging and enjoyable crafting session. You can create something fun and useful as well as meet new crafting friends along the way! No prior experience is necessary, just bring your creativity and enthusiasm!
Hot Glue Embroidery: In this session, we will use hot glue to make a pattern on an Adia cloth, then embroider a design over it using embroidery floss and a tapestry needle. (Please bring a tapestry needle and hot glue gun, if you have one.)
Cardboard Heart Loom: In this session, we will make a heart shaped loom out of cardboard and then weave yarn through it to make a lovely heart wall hanging.
Pool Noodle Centerpiece: In this session, we will make a beautiful spring centerpiece using a pool noodle as our base.
Beaded Hanging Plant: In this session, we will make a lovely hanging plant out of beads!
“Fancy Lady” Plant Holder: In this session, we will decorate a plant holder to look like a “fancy
lady” that you can use for an outdoor or indoor plant. (Please bring a hot glue gun, if you have one.)
