A gentle, hands-on class designed for parents or guardians and their babies (12 months and younger). Learn simple, soothing massage techniques to help support your baby’s development, bonding, and relaxation.
Class Details:
- Parents/guardians and babies attend together
- Please bring a blanket — we’ll be sitting on the floor
- Handouts and guidance provided by the instructor
Perfect for new parents looking to connect and care for their baby in a calming, supportive environment.
