The workout is easily modifiable and a welcoming philosophy appeals to all ages and abilities. Pound is for ANYBODY. We aspire to change minds and bodies and use beat and alternative movement to launch people to new heights. POUND® was created in 2011 by two women who were both recreational drummers and former college athletes. It’s designed to enhance brain/body connections through the synchronizing movements and our auditory system. The Ripstix are an extension to our arms and increases the muscular force required in each movement.
